Wordpress sometime will update the available urls for pinging your blog. This is necessary for you to update as the function is to tell those site that your blog is updated. Check the Wordpress Codex for the list of the urls, and just copy and paste it into you dashboard.
To do so, go to ‘Options’ and select ‘Writing’ menu. Under the ‘Update Services’ section, just paste the urls inside the box. Remember to break every urls, and finally click the ‘Update Options’
