The Legend of Electronic Commerce
I am currently pursuing my degree majoring in electronic commerce. Just now I had a talk with my superior coordinator about my course, basically discussing about out internship, add/drop subjects and graduating. For your information, I will be graduating (insyallah) within one year and the half from now, approximately 4 trimester.
This semester I am taking 8 subjects, which are very hard for me to clarify it. There are a total of 24 credit hours, consist of Analysis Design of Electronic Commerce, Research Methodology, Financial Accounting, Advance Management English, Managerial Communication, Web Application Development, Global Business and Macroeconomic, is it 8?
I have to take those subjects, otherwise I will not graduating on time, and an idea to extend is absolutely a No-No for me. I’ve just came back from campus, need a little bit of rest.
About the internship, Mr. Rozaini was saying that we have to apply to any available companies, and make sure that the companies are reputable. My friend, Adi giving me a suggestion to apply to Sapura, and I have some contact in banking industry. So, a beggar can’t be a chooser, therefore we have to start composing our resume and CV and submit them to all the companies. Who knows, may our luck beside us.
If you are reading my entry, can you leave a comment by giving some suggestion on where should I apply to pursue my internship? I am really in need your help, don’t forget to leave their contact number. Your kindness is highly appreciated.

My piece of advice; get to know companies who provide opportunities for your intended specialization, list them (perhaps 10-50), call the HR and ask if they do provide internship program, write application/CV, and follow up again (and again…).
Don’t just blindly send resumes or else you’ll end up disappointed. There are many companies willing to take interns for all the right reasons, you just have to work a bit.
