Why I Want To Eat At Fridays?

Recently, I had received an email from Nuffnang stating that Fridays is running their contest in which I am eligible to win Rm1000 from them. Instead of that, they will buy the dinners for 50 Nuffnangers as part of their given prizes. Of course, I am definitely entering this competition for the sake of Rm1000, who don’t want such a big sum of money maa?

As you all know, I’m practicing fasting as part of my requirement to be a good muslim. I have to start fasting from dusk until dawn for the whole Ramadhan month. The hot day make me feel really tired, furthermore I’m having the final examination. Regarding to this, I’m looking for a better food to break the fast.

So, I’m wandering around Cyberjaya to find some good food to fulfill my high desire on sumptuous cuisine. Critically, it is hard to find the best food in Cyberjaya. The shop lots are very limited, and the most happening thing in Cyberjaya is the mamak restaurant. I’ve no choice, instead have to order Roti Nan Tandoori..boring liao!!

Does it look dull? I’ve to break the fast by eating the bread, urghh..tasteless! Luckily there’s another side dishes that can brighten up my eating session. It is Chicken Tandoori!

Okay, my problem was not only with the food part, instead I’ve some problem with their drinks. Imagine, I’m asking for a glass of honey dew juice. Well, not all people can understand English. So, I’m saying in Malay, one again in Malay, ‘Bang, saya nak air tembikai susu’. That Malay guy frowning, then he left me watching the AXN.

Funny thing happen, I’m asking honey dew (tembikai susu) and he gave me a glass of watermelon juice mix plus milk. How come!!

I’m so disappointed and tulan, I left the mamak restaurant and drive to Seri Kembangan for a fast food. Yeah, a fast food to break the fast, so sad…

The final choice to break the fast

Well, everybody know that fast food don’t provide dessert in their menu sets. We have to buy a separate set of dessert if we want to do so. I hate that, I like to buy everything in one set because I would not felt like paying an extra money just for the dessert.

Look at the cake, can they serve something like this?

That’s why, when I’m looking at Friday’s menu, my heart felt so happy. They do serve my favorite appetizer, main course and dessert. Believe it, a price of RM39.90 for a set of cuisine, that’s extraordinary cheap! I can taste the mouth watering Mac ‘N’ Cheese Bites to stimulate my appetite. Then, I can eat Chicken Parmesan Quesadillas, which is look very good and tasty. Furthermore, I can eat the chocolate topped cake, Mocha Mud Pie as the dessert. Moreover, I don’t have to drink the weird watermelon + milk a.k.a tembikai susu juice for the whole my life! Look like their Green Apple juice is really nice. Yeah, just for Rm39.90 I can taste the delicious meal from Friday.

Unlucky, I’m having my final examination and don’t have time to go Fridays. Nevermind, since Fridays will buying dinners for 50 Nuffnangers, and I hope my entry will be chosen by them. On the other hand, they can choose me to win the RM 1000 and I would definitely bring my families and treat them to eat at Friday. Friday rocks!
