Last time, I don’t understand why do people need an insurance. My parents do subscribe to some of insurance companies and I could not understand why do they need that. At that time, I don’t have the intention to ask further question about the importance of insurance. In fact, I said to my parents that they are wasting the money and should spend it on other stuff, like buying an X-BOX for me. Well, as usual they kept silent and smile to my childness act.

Until one of my uncle asked me to involve in selling the insurance, basically to be the insurance agent. At first I was wondering, do I look like someone that able to sell things? Well, I’m taking his offer and learn the background about the insurance. I learn the difference types of insurance scheme that being offered by the company, and though this learning process, my perspective towards insurance had changed. Personally, I encourage all my friends to buy the insurance scheme such as life insurance.

In my place, there are a lot of my friends that have their own career, of course have a car. Generally, they don’t take note or realize the importance of insurance for themselves. So, when I hang out with them, slowly I will talked about insurance and get them to notice about it. First, I’m telling them the function of the insurance scheme, and show them some cheap car insurance that they can afford. Preferably, I’m telling them that if they get involved in accident, how about the future of their children?

Then, they’ll start wondering and try to know in details about insurance. So, I’m suggesting them to buy the life insurance as it’s acting like a backup financial support for their children. I’m telling them, by subscribing to the life insurance, if anything happen to them, the insurance company will give the compensate to their children. After my persuasive explanation, I can say that most of them interested to buy my insurance scheme.

If you have families, I also encourage you to buy the home insurance. This insurance is to protect you from losing your house instantly. The idea is, with home insurance, if your house was caught in fire, then the insurance company will give some compensate to rebuild your house. So, I can say that insurance policy is to prepare yourselves from the unfortunate events and not for troubling you. Just a small sum of money, can save you for the whole life.
