5 Things That I Do For Creating A Content

Suddenly, at 3.54am I’m getting bored to wait for my Sahur. Since this is the first day of our fasting month, I don’t get any sleep as I fear that I’ll be skipping my breakfast. So, I’m thinking that better I fill up my leisure time with something useful, just as my title given above.

I want to ask you something, as a blogger, what are the things that you do before creating a content? Yeah, I admit that to find a suitable content that suit my readers is taking a lot of brainstorming. So, finding an idea of creating the content is quite easy if you use some simple steps just as mine.

5 Steps of Getting An Idea for Content

  1. I’m usually Youtube-ing for any kind of jokes video, prank show and anything that would make me laugh. So, I’ll make a posting on that video and will give an opinion or a review for it. Apparently, this is the easiest way for creating a content for your blog. But, you must not practicing this step so much because the readers might find that you’re making fool of them. I mean, just in order to make your blog is updated, you frequently using youtube as a medium of your storyline, which is make your readers getting bored with your blog and you’re losing them instantly….click Expand
  2. Technorati is one of my indicator when doing a posting. Basically, I’m using the Technorati for the sake of getting more unique visitors. I’ll look thoroughly some useful keywords that are popular and always being search by the people. After that, I’ll doing a research on Google Trend as well as Digg so that I can relate the idea of content that captivate the reader’s attention in my own perspective.
  3. Do you use the Google Readers as your Rss readers? I’m found out that this tool is a necessity when doing a posting. Since thousand of blogs are being updated daily, so it is almost impossible for me to keep myself update by visiting each of the blog. Therefore, Google Readers had helped me a lot, in terms of keeping me update with the current news and hot stories. I have subscribed to over 50 Rss feeds such as JohnChow, JohnTP and more. So, by keep myself update, I always get an idea on what topics that I’ll be covered later.
  4. Each day, I’m visiting more than 30 personal websites in order to know, to feel and to give a feedback on any topics they are posted about. I’ll spend around 2 hours for surfing and commenting. By implementing this habits, actually you’re doing some critical thinking on a certain topics which is making your brain works. I found out there are some good bloggers that are sharing their ideas in more effective way, such as Khai
  5. Personally, the fact that I’m having a digital camera is to record all things that happen around me. I love to take any pictures which I find useful for my content. Sometime, I do take any unrelated pictures eg: Lao Ah Pek drinking a cup of coffee, My friends playing the guitars and etc. Then, I’ll blogging and describe about them in my own ways. For example, I’m making a comic strips by using the pictures, but it do take a hard work since I’ve to make the pictures in sequence.

I hope that anybody that feel want to share the tips on creating the content, can leave a comment here. ‘Sharing is Caring’

P/s: My friend was ordering Milo Tarik but the Mamak gave him the Milo ais.

‘WTF man, I want Milo Tarik, and Mamak give me Milo ais, already second time lol. Maybe I’ve to order Milo ais, so the Mamak will serve me with Milo Tarik..I’m really in bad temper!’ He complaining at me
